Is iPhone 4s worth it?

Thinking of upgrading my iPhone, I currently have 3G. Is iPhone 4s worth it or should I maybe just get iPhone 4. I know it's really expensive.

upgrading from a iphone3G at this time makes sense. not so much if you already own a iphone4. think of it this way. you have a very old phone & i assume you are eligible for upgrade. when you upgrade you receive the phone at a discount which is subsidized by the carrier. the monthly cost you pay for service includes money to pay back the subsidy to the carrier. when your contract ends you don't get a reduction in your bill because you have paid of your phone. you are still paying the subsidy fee, so if you are stuck on apple get the best you can.

if upfront cost is an issue the keep in mind that the iphone4 will still run ios5 quite well & you wont notice a difference apart from not getting access to siri which is more a gimmick anyway, those of us using android based phones have had voice recognition with the ability to ask the same questions that siri is able to recognize for a couple of years now & just like apples facetime its really a fizzer that the majority of people think is cool then go back to using the phone the way that feels most natural by swiping. the only real improvements with iphone4s is faster processor & slightly better camera.

if you are not locked in to apple you could consider the samsung galaxy SII android based phone which has a larger easier to read amoled screen,, the one that apple wanted for the iphones because its the best, you will get every function of the iphone & more.however, as you may well know the reason for iphone's ease & simplicity of operation is due to being a simple phone. the advanced features of androids require a modicum of skills & understanding.

It comes with iCloud and iOS 5, the newest operating system. iCloud is free, excluding iTunes Match which doesn't come out for a while and isn't important. Go to apple.com to read about iCloud. iPhone 4 (8GB version) will also ship with iOS 5, or so it seems on apple's website. Go to apple.com/iphone to read all about the features of iPhone 4 and 4S. If you are with AT&T, iPhone 3GS is free, but has a bad battery life and fewer features, and will probably become obsolete soon.

Is the iPhone 4S better than the iPhone 4?

Which one is better the iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S?

I'm switching to Sprint soon. I'm getting the iPhone 4 or 4S; I haven't decided which one is best. The iPhone 4 is only $99, whereas the new model is $199. I know the 4S has a 8MP camera, Siri, ios5 and a better processor. Would I really notice a drastic difference? A better camera would be amazing, but I'm not sure if it's worth an extra $100. I also don't think I need Siri. And wouldn't I be able to update a current iPhone 4 with ios5, anyway? Would I notice a speed difference?

In gaming, there will be a huge difference in the quality of the graphics. The processor will also improve internet speeds and loading applications. The $99 iPhone 4 only has 8GB of memory inside. The $199 iPhone 4S has 16GB of memory, I think the iPhone 4S is a better deal unless you just want it as a simple smartphone. One that is only used for small applications and emails. Just my thought.

The iPhone 4 is not compatible with Sprint, but the 4s is. So if you are switching to Sprint then the only iPhone you can get is the 4s. Or you could buy the 4 and unlock it or buy it unlocked from Apple, if your willing to pay that kind of money. I would say the 4s IS better because of the dual-core A5 chip, 8mp camera with better optics, and Siri. You can update the 4 to iOS 5 but it won't have the extra perks. In the end it's really you decision.
